Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets set by the company.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and account management.
Product Knowledge: Have an in-depth understanding of the SaaS products and services offered by the company and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the SaaS solution.
Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including sales forecasts, market insights, and progress toward targets.
Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the product development and marketing teams to improve the SaaS offering and marketing strategies.
Skills Required:
Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying product value and building relationships with clients.
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the SaaS products and services, as well as the ability to translate technical details into benefits for non-technical clients.
Negotiation: Effective negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
CRM Tools: Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads, contacts, and sales activities.
Market Research: Ability to research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.Adaptability: The flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and objections.
Time Management: Effective time management and organization skills to prioritize leads and activities efficiently.

Previous experience in field marketing/sales required.
